In winter , the gondola , ski school and children's lift are just a few steps away.

In summer, trails and panoramic tours begin right outside the door – peaceful, sunny, and car-free. The short distances save time and hassle, giving you more vacation moments with a view.

A true sense of home, not compromise: 32–70 m² for 2–6 people, brightly furnished, with a balcony and kitchenette. Breakfast in your pajamas, pasta after a hike, evening sun outdoors – the choice is yours. High-quality materials, clear layouts, and thoughtful details. As the day in the mountains draws to a close, the warmth begins: a wellness oasis in the house with a Roman steam bath, Swiss pine/herbal sauna, infrared cabin, and relaxation area. High-speed Wi-Fi, reserved parking, and a ski/boot room are also available; in summer, a bike garage with charging point and tools, as well as a bike wash station, are provided at the Berghof. The Sonnenschein Card and Kärnten Card (in summer) offer even more experiences.

Light, wood, tranquility: Our apartments are retreats with balconies and kitchenettes – perfect for leisurely breakfasts, mountain snacks, and evenings bathed in warm light. Open the windows, let in the mountain air. On 32–70 m², you'll find space for what truly matters: time together.
For two people, this means: plenty of room to spread out, a soft bed, the aroma of fresh coffee. With children, it means: short distances, uncomplicated meals, a sofa that's become a treasure trove of stories. Bed linen and towels are provided; we're happy to accommodate any special requests.
Amenities (excerpt): Balcony (south/west facing depending on the type), kitchenette, espresso machine/kettle, dining area, Wi-Fi, safe. Selected apartment types also include a microwave/dishwasher – details on the respective apartment pages.

WITH ITS OWN DOG PARK
Four paws, plenty of freedom: Dogs are expressly welcome here. Water bowl, blanket & sleeping place, walking paths right outside the door, and – new this year – our 3,000 m² fenced dog park. Some apartments have fenced terraces (limited availability). We can also recommend dog-friendly swimming spots on the lake upon request.

For two
Up early, the first gondola. Empty slopes, quiet conversations. Sauna in the afternoon, evening sun on the balcony. No plan, just desire – and the feeling of being exactly where you're meant to be.
With children
Ski school within sight, warm gloves, short distances. Pasta from the kitchenette, hot chocolate afterwards. Rosy cheeks in the evening, tired eyes – parental leave on the balcony.
Alone, with dog
Breakfast on the balcony, then a short walk into the Nockberge mountains. Later, a visit to the thermal baths, followed by a book and a blanket. A silence that isn't empty, but just right.
